Need high clock-speed vCPUs (Ryzen or latest Intel). Specs: minimum 3 vCPU, 6 GB RAM, NVMe storage. Low-latency network + strong DDoS protection required. Can I rely on RegVPS vps hosting service? Others? 
Prefer providers with Canadian or European locations.
