VPS for OpenCart: which resources are critical?

I want advice from experienced people: for an OpenCart store that will grow (the number of products and visitors will increase significantly over time), which VPS parameters are most critical? RAM, CPU, or high-speed SSD? I was recommended plans on hostpro.com, but I'm not sure which plan to start with.
