Please advise which hosting is better to choose — HostPro or TMDHosting?

Hello!

I am comparing two hosting options for several websites: hostpro.com and TMDHosting. I need a stable service with good speed, support, and normal backups. The first one has servers in Europe, daily backups, and the option to choose a control panel (cPanel or DirectAdmin), but there are also positive reviews about TMD. Perhaps someone has used both and can advise on how they perform in real life?
