IPv4 blocks rent or buy?

Hi!

It's Pavel and I am developing Interlir.com, we help to rent and sell IPv4 network blocks.

IPs are very expensive these days, prices jumped x2 since last year. 

If you need more than just 1-2 IPv4 address for your hosting projects, where do you get them?

Do you buy IPs or rent networks from brokers/marketplaces such as IPXO or Interlir?
