📢 LetsHostTalk - Marketplace Rules & Guidelines [UPDATED: JULY 1, 2026]

ModeratorModerator Moderator
edited July 13 in Announcements

To maintain a high-quality, spam-free ecosystem for our buyers and sellers, all promotional and advertising threads must strictly adhere to our marketplace requirements.

⚠️ Important: Our moderation team is not responsible for formatting, proofreading, or correcting non-compliant listings. Submissions that fail to meet these guidelines will be rejected, delayed, or removed without notice. Please ensure your thread is polished before hitting submit.

🛡️ Account Eligibility & Access

To unlock posting privileges in any marketplace section, your account must meet the following baseline metrics:

  • Account Age: Your account must be active for at least 7 days. Instant-registration advertising is strictly prohibited.

  • Minimum Activity: You must have a minimum of 10 constructive forum comments.

  • Note: Low-effort, rapid-fire spamming to artificially inflate your comment count will result in the immediate removal of your posts and a temporary or permanent post-moderation status on your account.

⏳ Posting Frequency & Limits

  • 7-Day Cooldown: You are permitted one post per marketplace section every 7 days (calculated down to the exact minute).

    • Example: If you post an offer in the VPS Offers section at 5:00 PM on a Friday, you must wait until at least 5:00 PM the following Friday to post a new offer in that same section.

🎨 Formatting & Presentation

  • Keep It Readable: To ensure a clean user experience, you may use a maximum of two accent colors in your thread design, in addition to the default forum text color. Excessive formatting or "eyeball-searing" color schemes will be removed.

Thank you for your cooperation and for keeping LetsHostTalk a premium destination for the web hosting community!

Kind regards,

The LetsHostTalk Administration Team

Yes, earlier it was 5 comments, now it has ten forum comments to be able to submit a post in offers or other category.

Thank you, just to confirm once you hit your post count. Can you post in the offers section or would you have to apply for a providers tag first, thanks in advance.

first of all thanks.. let me introduce
At SeiMaxim, we’ve found that moving to NVMe-based VPS significantly boosted load times for image-heavy content. Curious to hear if others here have seen a similar impact.
