I have a client who need a good colocation in Los Angeles, USA - his budget is huge.
I wrote emails to all of my friends and one of them answered suggesting me Tzulo.com colocation.
What do you know about this host? Where can I also read customer hosting reviews about them?

    This stable host has amazing support, either by phone (very fast, no more than 3 minutes wait time  compared with many other hosts that could take easily an hour on hold to get through to someone), e-mail or online chat.
