support team was very helpful with transferring files to them. The uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus! Rock solid control panel. They offer multiple server locations to choose from.
As to my experience with NetShop isp cPanel hosting for last 6 months - I would
say you can rely on it. The connection/download page speed is very good. I can't believe it, I finally found a GREAT host! Support is super fast
and they solve the problems you ask them to. My VPS is very quick.
In the 8 months I've used GTHost.com cheap vps, I can only remember 1 significant
session of downtime, and that was partially my own fault because I didn't
update to a new server when they asked me to. They solved all the troubles. I
am happy with them.
